The Promix Mixing Nozzle "KSM" is an economical mixing system that can be directly mounted in place of the standard nozzle of an injection molding machine. In addition to mixing nozzles for general molding machines, Promix also provides nozzles tailored to your company's requirements. We can also supply thermocouples and heaters. *The entire nozzle undergoes a hardening treatment. 【Features】 - Reduction of cloudiness, color unevenness, and color streaks - Reduction of color materials (such as masterbatches) - Shortening of cycle time during injection molding/increased production efficiency - Homogenization of melted materials reduces scrap rates - Expands the range of applicable molding conditions even for older machines - Investment recovery possible in a short period *The Promix Mixing Nozzle KSM is not suitable for resins with abrasive materials added (e.g., glass fibers, various minerals, etc.).
